Services (current offering)

At launch we sell professional services, not shipped physical goods. Deposits and fixed fees are earned as work is performed.

• Cancel before work starts: Full refund of any unused deposit, minus any non-refundable third-party fees already paid on your behalf (those fees will be disclosed before we charge them).
• Cancel after work starts: You pay for work completed through the cancellation date against the quote or deposit. Unused prepaid balance is refunded.
• Completed work: Finished digital deliverables are not refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where we failed to match the written scope.

Physical goods (not sold at launch)

We do not ship physical goods at launch. When 3D-printed or woodworked items are sold, this section will be updated with shipping method, cost, delivery estimates, and return steps before those invoices are sent. Custom-made items will generally be non-returnable unless defective or not as described.

Disputes

Email stripe@xpectmoore.com or call 972-468-1612 before opening a card dispute so we can resolve it. Refunds go back to the original payment method when possible.

Promotions

Any discount will state its terms on this site or on the Stripe invoice. If no promotion is listed, none applies.
