Expect Moore Services, LLC (“we”), operating xpectmoore.com from Clovis, New Mexico, collects only what we need to respond to inquiries and to perform paid work.

Information we collect

• Name, email, phone, and message content you send us.
• Billing name, email, and address required to issue a Stripe invoice or receipt.
• Standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages requested).

Messages sent through the contact form are emailed to Expect Moore Services. We do not send an automatic reply.

Expect Moore Services uses Vercel Web Analytics. It is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies for visitor identification.

Payment card data

We do not collect, store, or transmit full payment-card numbers on this website. When you pay, you enter card details on Stripe’s hosted checkout or invoice page. Stripe is the payment processor. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

How we use information

To answer questions, deliver services, send invoices and receipts, handle refunds, and meet legal or tax obligations.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who need it to operate the business: hosting, email, and Stripe. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Inquiry email is kept as long as needed to support the relationship and our records. Financial records are kept as required by U.S. tax law.
